Brief
Transformation of unfriendly and truncated existing ground floor extension, in to a bright vibrant multi-functional space for a young and growing families needs.
Our lovely client were keen to have bold statement finishes, so we worked hard with them to go beyond trends and establish a colour palette that we both felt was timeless.
As well as works to the ground floor, a bathroom at first floor was replaced to make it more energy efficient, as well as provide a family bathroom that matched the overall scale of the dwelling. While its demolition saved money during the works, rather than have to temporarily support it while works were ongoing.
